The mine is operated by Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC un- der the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Min- ing Reclamation Act of 1 97 9 The bond release ap- plication was submitted by Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC on February 2, 2012. This is only a partial Phase I bond release of an 11.9 acre portion of the total 202.1 acre disturbed area. The affected area is lo- cated in Routt County, approximately 2 miles South- east of Hayden, Colorado Copes of the proposed decision are available for re- view at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Miring and Safety office, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, and at the office of the Hayden Public Library. Any person who has an interest which is or may be adversely affected may request an adjudicatory hear- ing regarding this proposed decision. Requests for a hearing must be made in writing within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice, and shall state with reasonable specificity the reasons for the request and objections to the proposed decision.
