The loadout will be constructed after the McClane Canyon Mine <br />obtains a coal sales contract or after another mine expresses an interest is using the loadout. <br />Neither event is expected to occur in the foreseeable future. <br />The following statement regarding suspension of monitoring was added to page 2.05 -61. <br />Water monitoring has been temporarily suspended effective the second quarter 2012 <br />since construction of the loadout has been delayed. Water monitoring will be reinitiated <br />as soon as a decision is made to construct the loadout. This schedule will provide six <br />months of water monitoring data before any construction is initiated and one year of data <br />before the loadout is in operation. <br />Pages 2.03 -1 and 2.03 -3 were revised to update CAM - Colorado's address. <br />Pages 2.03 -1, 2.03 -3, 2.05 -61 and 2.05 -62 are enclosed to support this technical revision <br />application. Water monitoring data collected through the second quarter 2012 are enclosed and <br />should be inserted in Exhibit 3. <br />J. E.
