<br />Trapper Miring Inc. intends to renew its sur-
<br />face coal mining permit (CDMG Permit No.
<br />C -81 -010, approved 12/31/07) to project fu-
<br />tire permit term activties (2013 to 2017).
<br />This action is being proposed as permit re-
<br />newal RN-06. The present permit allows for a
<br />pond spilivay and flume to be within 100 feet
<br />of a section of County Road 107. All reviews
<br />and comment periods as provided In the Act
<br />and Regulations promiitgated thereunder ini-
<br />tiate from this date of filing. Trapper Mine is
<br />located 61/2 miles south of Craig, Cobrado.
