AMERICAN TUNNEL
1 . The area had been greatly cleaned up.
2. The refuse pile was covered with waste rock.
3. Overland flow was routed by the county road above the site through the
refuse pile. A seep at the toe of the refuse pile was observed flowing into
Cement Creek and sampled. Diversion ditches routing the "road flow" away from
the refuse dump require completion.
