The Division has reviewed the information provided and has determined <br />that eligibility requirements for permit termination have been met. <br />This permit termination has been issued on March 12. 2012. The effective date of the termination will be April 1, 2012. <br />Should you need discharge authorization in the future, you will have to obtain new permit coverage. You must complete all <br />monitoring and reporting required in the permit.
