This mine does <br />not have a phased reclamation plan. There were no additional acres <br />affected during this report year, and no additional disturbance is <br />anticipated for the next report year. <br />A new map is enclosed as per the request of the new Annual Report <br />form, even though no changes have occurred at the site since the <br />last annual report. <br />Enclosed please find a check in the amount of $518.00 as payment <br />for the annual fee.
