Oakridge Energy, Inc. was represented by <br />Chi Chi Ray of Oakridge and Mike Savage of Savage and Savage. The participants met at the <br />entry gate at 9:00 a.m. Skies were clear and the weather was hot. The field portion of the <br />inspection concluded at 1:00 p.m. Records were checked by Ms. Talvitie and Ms. Brown later <br />that afternoon. <br />Division records show that Ms. Sandra Pautsky continues to be listed as the Permitting Contact <br />and the Permittee /Operator Contact. Please provide updated contact information for the person <br />who currently represents Oakridge in these two functions. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />• Mine records were available for viewing at the offices of Goff Engineering & Surveying, in <br />Durango. A completed DRMS Availability of Records form is attached to this report. <br />FISH and WILDLIFE — Rule 4.18: <br />• Ms. Ray found a horned lizard in the southern end of the reclaimed area (Photo 1).
