Long <br />Division Director <br />Please be advised that on April 3, 2001, Sunnyside Gold Corp, whose address and telephone number are 1303 <br />Snowden P.O. Box 177, Silverton, CO 81433; (970) 387 -5533, submitted a request for partial acreage release <br />for the Sunnyside Gold Mine, Permit No. M- 1977 -378. The hard rock/metal mining operation is located at c- <br />near Section 10, Township 41N, Range 7W, 10th Prime Meridian, in San Juan County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567. <br />Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible. The Division is required to wait 15 days after <br />the release decision is made to allow for comments or objections. <br />
