Pineda <br />Director <br />Please be advised that on June 21, 2012, Cotter Corporation, whose address and telephone number are 0502 County <br />Road 68 P O Box 1750, Canon City, CO 81212; (719) 275 -7413, submitted a request for financial warranty reduction <br />for the Schwartzwalder Mine, Permit No. M -1977 -300. The hard rock/metal mining operation is located at or near <br />Section 25, Township 2S, Range 71 W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Jefferson County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866 -3567. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible.
