Plugging the entire lengths of the drillholes with either tremied cement grout (if the hole is dry) or <br />high quality sodium bentonite gel (if water is encountered during drilling), <br />b. Plugging the drillholes immediately after drilling is completed, and <br />c. Stopping drilling and notifying DRMS to confer on plugging, if voids are encountered during <br />drilling. <br />16. OPERATION AND RECLAMATION MEASURES, Item 4. The DRMS understands that a secure <br />closure with gated access has been installed on the Santiago Mine 5 Level portal by the DRMS Inactive <br />Mine Program. Please provide a commitment that activities under the NOI will not alter or remove the <br />portal closure, or if you will alter or remove the closure, please provide dimensions for the portal so that <br />replacement costs can be estimated for establishing the amount of required bond. <br />17. OPERATION AND RECLAMATION MEASURES, Item 4. Please add to the door closure description <br />for the proposed new adit that the door will be constructed of steel. <br />
