You should be receiving the <br />notification letter, findings document and cost estimate in the mail very soon. After I issued the proposed decision for <br />the bond release, I reviewed TR9. I am ready to issue a proposed decision to approve TR9; however I wanted to inform <br />you I modified to cost estimate to account for the updated seed mix. This increased the financial warranty liability <br />slightly from the SL1 estimate. I have attached the updated cost estimate sheets. Please let me know if you have any <br />concerns.
