The missing data fields have been <br />highlighted. <br />Within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this letter, re- submit the DMR(s) along with a written explanation <br />addressed to the Division describing the cause of the non - compliance and outlining the actions and measures that have <br />been taken or that will be taken to correct the violations.. <br />If you believe the violations are in error, please submit any information or documentation that you would like the <br />Division to consider in its review of this matter. <br />Please re- submit the DMR, with an original signature, to the Division at the following address, <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment <br />WQCD- Enforcement <br />Attention: Tania Watson <br />4300 Cherry Creek Drive South <br />Denver, Colorado 80246 -1530 <br />This Compliance Advisory is intended to advise you of alleged violations of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, <br />its implementing regulations and permits so that appropriate steps can be taken to avoid or mitigate formal enforcement <br />action or to correct our records (if applicable). This Compliance Advisory does not constitute a Notice of Violation or <br />Cease and Dcsist Order and is not subject to appeal. The issuance of this Compliance Advisory does not limit or <br />preclude the Division from pursuing its enforcement options concerning the above violation(s).
