Introduction <br />All Rite Paving & Redi -Mix Inc. of Lamar, Colorado is applying to <br />the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety for a 112 <br />Permit to extract gravel from approximately 320 acres located in the <br />East 1/2 of Section 35, Township 22 South, Range 50 West, 6th P.M. in <br />Bent County, Colorado. <br />Construction material produced from the Sharp Gravel Pit will be <br />used to improve and maintain road and utility infrastructure in <br />Southeastern Colorado. Employment opportunities created by this <br />mining operation both directly and indirectly will contribute to <br />economic development of the area. <br />
