A headcut has formed about 150 yards above the ponds(photo 1). Rock check dams are <br /> spaced at intervals along the ditch and the check dams below the head cut are in disrepair. The lateral collection <br /> ditches on the south side of the Sutey Pile appear to have formed gullies in them(photo 1). The upper pond south <br /> of the Sutey Pile has water and the lower pond is brown in color(photo 2). It looks like it recently had a large <br /> sediment input. The Picnic Pond is dry. <br /> The 3 ponds below the old waste pile contain water. <br /> There is standing water in the parking lot around the mine office indicating that there was a recent rain event. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br /> Maintenance4.03.1(5)and(6)/4.03.2(5) and(6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> A large gully has formed in the road leading from Mine No. 2 to Mine No. 1. The road is now impassable <br /> (photo 3). <br /> The main entrance road appears to be passable.
