The reports state that ponds were
inspected on March 31, 2012.

Ponds 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 9A were inspected. The reports identify the adequacy of vegetative cover
on the pond embankments as excellent to moderate, with no definition of vegetative cover for
pond & or pond 9A. Please correct the reports for pond 7 and Pond 9A.

Annual Certification for sediment ponds was conducted in December 2011 according to the
reports. The Division has not received the 2011 certification of impoundments as required by
Rule 4.05.9(14).
