These reports are submitted to the Division in <br />compliance with CDPHE Permit No. COG850044, and Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii)(A). Seven outfall <br />points were monitored during the period from January 1, 2012 to March 31, 2012. No discharges <br />were reported for any of the outfalls.
