Please provide an updated Map l -Sheet 3 to include the truck loading system, new fan system, the temporary <br />DWDA and all other changes from MR -113 and MR -117. <br />NECC: Enclosed is an updated Map 11 -Sheet 3. <br />DBMS: Response is sufficient. <br />12. As per Rule 4.11.3 and 2.05.3, plans to return coal mine waste to abandoned workings must include submittals <br />for the approval of both the Division and the Mine Safety and Health Administration. Please provide MSHA <br />with all information required for their approval. <br />NECC: MSHA will be provided all information necessary for their approval to return coal mine waste to <br />abandoned working. <br />DBMS: The Division is willing to approve TR -64 with the stipulation that construction of the proposed airshaft <br />could not begin until the Division receives notice of MSHA's approval of NECC's plan to return coal mine <br />waste to abandoned working. <br />13. The Division has performed a cost estimate for sealing the shaft and re- grading the containment area. The total <br />value of this estimate is $210,617.61 (see attached cost estimate) compared to NECC's cost estimate of <br />$100,822.08. The Division's cost estimate is consistent with previous cost estimates approved by both the <br />Division and NECC. Please submit a revised cost estimate that is in line with the estimate calculated by the <br />Division. <br />NECC: The DRMS' $210,617.61 cost estimate is acceptable.
