EXHIBIT E - AMENDED <br />ATTACHED TO CONSTRCTION MATERIALS LIMITED IMPACT (110) OPERATION <br />RECLAMATION PERMIT APPLICATION <br />OF CLG FARMS, LLC <br />MAPS <br />1. Mining plan map <br />a. The permit boundaries are outlined in yellow on the map. The additional area <br />requested to be added to the permit are darkened in tan. See Exhibit E -2. <br />b. The owners of record of all of the land within 200 feet of the proposed operation <br />are CLG FARMS, LLC, the owner and operator. <br />c. There are no major surface features except roads. The draw which is Surveyor <br />Creek is shown on the map. There are no waste disposal areas as there will be no <br />waste. <br />d. Extraction will begin in the southeast corner, just north of the stockpile area and <br />continue westward to the west line of the permitted area. <br />e. There are no man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected area. <br />f. There are no previously disturbed areas around the site. It is native, undisturbed <br />grassland. <br />2. Reclamation plan map <br />a. The reclamation plan map is attached as Exhibit E -3. <br />b. Gradient of all reclaimed slopes will be no more than 3:1 vertical: horizontal. <br />c. Vegetation will be established on all areas mined. <br />d. Ponds are not part of the reclamation plan, as the soil and slope will naturally <br />drain all of the water. <br />e. The average thickness of replaced overburden will be approximately one (1) to <br />two (2) feet which is the same as the current overburden thickness. <br />f. The average thickness of topsoil will be the two (2) feet presently in place, which <br />will be done annually. <br />See also Exhibit E to original Application signed and dated August 14, 2008, Permit # M -2008- <br />060. <br />
