RE: Augmentation Water Rental for Martin Marietta Materials (September- October 2012)
Dear David,
The City of Greeley accepts Martin Marietta Materials' augmentation water rental request for September
through October 2012. Greeley will make available to Martin Marietta Materials wholly consumable water
that has been changed for augmentation use. The City of Greeley anticipates that it will make deliveries of
this water from the outfall of Greeley's Wastewater Treatment Plant located on the Poudre River.
The request totals 4.0 acre -feet and the City of Greeley will make replacements from September 2012 to
October 2012, as shown below. Augmentation water shall be available per the following schedule
provided to the City of Greeley by Bishop - Brogden Associates, Inc.

The current rate for augmentation water is $500 /acre -foot, for a total of $2,000.00. Payment instructions
are included on the attached invoice. The payment is due April 23, 2012.
Please be aware that it is Martin Marietta Materials' responsibility to receive necessary approval to use the
rented augmentation supplies provided by Greeley.
