The amendment withdrawal letter is accepted by the <br />Division and the amendment is withdrawn. In the letter, you have also requested a 30 day extension to <br />September 30th 2012, to submit the new amendment addressing the post mining land use change for <br />the site. At this time the Division grants the 30 day extension to submit the amendment to September <br />30" 2012. <br />The amendment has to be submitted by the new due date or the Division will proceed as outlined in our <br />letter dated June 25th, 2012.
