July 17, 2012 C- 1984 - 065 /Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine ZTT <br />inspection and the prior Complete inspection of March 19, 2012. It appears that this ditch had been constructed at <br />the same time some maintenance to the sediment pond had occurred. The ditch measured 1.5 feet wide by 1.5 feet <br />deep by 150 feet long. The ditch began in Ditch 3, near a point where Ditch 3 met Culvert C5, and ran roughly in <br />a south - easterly direction from this point. <br />During the July 17, 2012 inspection, it was observed maintenance was performed to reclaim the unapproved <br />sediment collection ditch and all other disturbance related. The ditch and disturbed areas related have been either <br />backfilled, regraded, reseeded and/or mulched. <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />Knapweed continues to infest sections of the site. Most visible areas noted are along the northern disturbance <br />boundary and along the Haul Road. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover, Timing: <br />Unapproved sediment collection ditch was reseeded. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification sign was located at the entrance of the mine along the Haul Road and County Road 335. The <br />mine ID sign was found in compliance with all necessary information clearly noted on the sign. <br />Disturbed area markers line the disturbed boundary.
