<br />RECITALS
<br />A. Lessor is the original lessor under that certain
<br />mining lease dated May 21, 1956, between Lessor and Edna Coal Company
<br />as Lessee, as amended from time to time to the date hereof (the
<br />"Lease ").
<br />C. The parties wish to amend certain of the terms and
<br />conditions of the Lease..
<br />AGREEMENT
<br />1. The legal description of the leased premises
<br />contained in Paragraph 1 of the Lease is hereby replaced in its
<br />entirety by the following substituted legal description:
<br />Lot 3 and SE 1/4 NW 1/4, and NE 1/4 SW 1/4,
<br />Section 6, Township 46 North, Range 15 West,
<br />N.M.P.M., containing 120 acres, more or less.
