Almost a month after closing on the purchase of out property on 02/02/2012 and at the advise of one of our <br />attorney's, we asked SMPA to assign any interest they may have in the Mining Lease to us, which was signed <br />by SMPA on March 21st, 2012, not what Chris Kamper stated above being at closing. <br />Chris Kamper has also requested a copy of our title insurance policy including any endorsements that would <br />provide such coverage. We feel this is none of his business and refuse to give him this information. This <br />request should be directed to the Title Company, not us. <br />Let me know if you would like a full copy of Chris Kampers four page letter (page four goes into more detail <br />and intimidating statements for costs and legal formalities) for you or the Attorney General office to review. <br />I have also attached copies of the recorded Special Warranty Deed and Quitclaim Deed that conveys the water <br />decrees, reservoirs... to us from SMPA. <br />Please let us know if there is anything further We can get over to you. <br />We greatly appreciate your cooperation and assistance in this matter! <br />Sincerely, <br />Jim R.
