<br />WHEREAS, a certain mining lease was recorded in Book
<br />h86, pace 72 in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of the
<br />County of Montrose, State of Colorado, on April 114, 1959, between
<br />SAh MIOII_L POWER ASSOCIATION, IP'C and EDNA COAL COMPANY, involv-
<br />ing Lot 2, Section 6, T 46N, R 15W, and SW *S , Section 31, T 47N,
<br />R 15W of the N.M.P.M., and other property, and
<br />WHEREAS, the parties to said lease desire to nullify,
<br />cancel and declare void said lease insofar as it pertains to the
<br />aforesaid property,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars ( &10.00)
<br />the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and in consideration
<br />of the premises, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AND COVENANTED as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />1. That said lease recorded in Book 1186, page 72 on
<br />Inril 11, 1959 in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of the County
<br />of Montrose. State of Colorado, insofar as Lot 2, Section 6, T 66N,
<br />R 151.', and SWSE I, Section 31, T 117N, R 15W, of the N.M.P.M. is
<br />concerned is hereby cancelled, nullified and declared void and of
<br />no force or effect and declared to be a mistake.
<br />' IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto nave duly executed
