<br />WHEREFORE, San Miguel Power Association, Inc., as
<br />Lessor, and Edna Coal Company, a partnership, as Lessee,
<br />entered into a mining lease on May 21, 1956, which said lease
<br />was recorded in Book 486, page 72, in the office of the County
<br />Clerk and Recorder of Montrose County, Colorado on April 14,
<br />1959, and
<br />WHEREAS, said lease in paragraph 1 thereof describes
<br />certain real estate and property located in Montrose County,
<br />Colorado, and
<br />WHEREAS, said property as described contained certain
<br />errors and mistakes and is incomplete, and
<br />NEEREAS, the parties desire to eliminate all of the
<br />legal description set forth in said paragraph 1 and substitute
<br />new descriptions,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises
<br />and covenants of the parties and in consideration of the covenants
<br />and agreements in said original lease, IT IS MUTUALLY COVENANTD
<br />AND AGRIED as follows :
<br />1. That all of the legal descriptions mentioned
<br />in paragraph 1 of said mining lease Are hereby cancelled, eliminat-
<br />ed, and veld to be void, and in place thereof by this Amendment
<br />the following property located in the County of kontrose, State
<br />of Col .arado, shall be substituted, to -wit:
<br />Lot 3 and SE and
<br />containing 120 acres,

<br />less.
