Lessor is the original Lessor under a Mining Lease dated May 21, 1956, between <br />Lessor and Lidna Cost ComPa y as Lessee, which Mining Lease has been amended from dine to <br />time, the last endtnent being dated May 12, 1977 ( "Lease "). <br />2. L is the curient Lessee under the Lease, by assignment pursuant to its t <br />erns. <br />parties wish to extend the term of the Lease. <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. The parties wish to extend the term of the Lease for an additional period of one year <br />from the cur ending date of the term, April 30, 1992.
