<br />WFE REAS, the parties to said lease desire to nullify,
<br />cez:cel and declare void said lease insofar as it pertains to the
<br />aforesaid property,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars (510.00)
<br />the receipt of which is nereby acknowledged, and in consideration
<br />of the premises, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AND COVENANTED as follows,
