Paragraph 4 of the Lease is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />The term of this lease shall be for 15 years from May 1, 1977 and shall continue for so long thereafter <br />as coal or other mining operations are being conducted on the leased premises, or on any part thereof, <br />or on any contiguous or nearby lands as a part of a continuous or integrated mining operation or <br />mining plan, unless sooner as herein elsewhere provided. <br />3. The parties whish to extend the term of the Lease for an additional period of one year from the <br />current ending date of the term, April 30, 1992.
