<br />M I N I N G LEASE
<br />AMENDMENT
<br />WHEREFORE, San Miguel Power Association, Inc., as
<br />Lessor, and Edna Coal Company, a partnership, as Lessee,
<br />entered into a mining lease on May 21, 1956, which said lease
<br />was recorded in Book 486, page 72, in the office of the County
<br />Clerk and Recorder of Montrose County, Colorado on April 14,
<br />1959, and
<br />WHEREAS, said lease in paragraph 1 thereof describes
<br />certain_ real estate and property located in Montrose County,
<br />Colorado, and
<br />WHEREAS, said property as described contained certain
<br />errors and mistakes and is incomplete, and
<br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to eliminate all of the
<br />legal description set forth in said paragraph 1 and substitute
<br />new descriptions,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises
<br />and covenants of the parties and in consideration of the covenants
<br />and agreements in said original lease, IT IS MUTUALLY COVENANTs.D
<br />AND AGREED as follows :
<br />1. That all of the legal descriptions mentioned
<br />in paragraph 1 of said mining leaso are hereby cancelled, eliminat-
<br />ed, and Geld to be void, and in place thereof by this Amendment
<br />the following property located in the County of i+:ontrose, State
<br />of Colorado, shall be substituted, to -wit:
<br />i Lot 3 and SE
<br />contains 120 more a' and oor Sec. 6, T 46N, R 15W,
<br />r� acres, mre or less.
<br />Sec. 36, T 47N, R 16W, N,M, P.M „ 80 acres more or less,
<br />and Lot 3, Sec. 30, T

<br />SiSEL Sec, 25, T �lN S 16W, N,M.P,M., containing 60 acres,
