The application was determined to be complete on June 20, <br />2012. As of the date of this letter, no concerns have been received from other agencies <br />regarding this proposed technical revision. The majority of the 2010 Midterm Review <br />Responses have been addressed in the Lorencito Mine RN-4 adequacy. However, the <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed its adequacy review of <br />the proposed technical revision. Please respond to the following comment or concern as <br />necessary: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Based on NECC’s TR-17 submittal, Lorencito Coal, LLC no longer leases water <br />rights.
