A public notice of the proposed <br />decision was published in the Steamboat Pilot & Today on June 24, 2012. This public notice <br />initiated a ten-day public comment period that parties having objections or concerns could <br />submit their concerns to the Division regarding this proposed revision. No comments were <br />received by the Division during the public comment period. The tenth day fell on Wednesday <br />July 4, 2012.
