 1
November 1997 Monthly Report
Page 4
The index number graph and updated reporting table are attached.
Evaluation of the normalized data:
The index value of +0. 30 for November indicates that water
quality at the reference point was somewhat worse than the
mean of the reference data set for the flow class. Additional
evaluation or monitoring is not planned since the index number
for November is below +2 .0 and within the expected range for
variance from the mean reference data value.
A 12 period moving average graph is attached. The calculated
moving average value for November is +0. 910. This is a slight
increase from the October 12 month average of 0. 896. This can
be expected periodically. December will be an important
indicator of whether the trend will be positive and the 12
month average will gradually reduce to +0. 577 or lower.
If you have any questions on this report, please contact me.
I certify under penalty of law
that I have personally examined Sincerely,
and am familiar with the information
submitted herein: and based on my ,
inquiry of those individuals
immediately responsible for Larry Perino
obtaining the information, I Reclamation Manager
believe the submitted information
is true, accurate and complete.
I am aware that there are significant
penalties for submitting false
information, including the possibility
of fine and imprisonment.
