Due to the possibility of a snow storm, we are expediting the request for <br /> final inspection. <br /> Pursuant to the Division's Memorandum of Agreement with the Division of Minerals and Geology <br /> ("DMG"), regarding this Consent Decree, the Division is requesting that DMG inspect the work to <br /> determine whether or not SGC has completed the mitigation project in conformance with the <br /> Reclamation Standards and the Work Plan(see item 4.3 of the Memorandum of Agreement). <br /> Please let me know if DMG will be unable to conduct the inspection.
