unusual situation in drainages throughout the Palmer Divide uplift, but it does show that management
on the Lowry Range by the Land Board and by lease holders has been effective in providing sufficient
protection that intense peak flows from the south are attenuated and that protects land along Coal
Creek further north.
PHOTOGRAPHS: Please refer to the photographic documentation CD's for photographs of the site
taken in the last year.
PHOTOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION: Two CD's of photographs are included with this
report. These include all the photographs of this site taken in the last year. There is a PDF contact
sheet for each of the directories included on the CD. These contact sheets aid greatly in locating any
particular image, otherwise one would have to wade through all the images. The images are all
presented in highest resolution JPG or, in rare instances, TIF format. No images were retouched,
although some images were edited to produce a good balance in tone and color rendering Each image
contains the EXIF data for that image so it can be determined exactly when the image was taken and
other pertinent photographic information.
(Note: A copy of this report, less photodocumentation CD's, must also be provided to the Colorado
Division of Minerals and Geology to be included in the Reclamation Permit file as well as the United
States Army Corps of Engineers. However, the Corps has stated that they do not want a copy.)
Status report for 2012 due July 15, 2012 Page 8 of 8
