Effluent Limitations <br />PART <br />Page No. 3 <br />Permit No.: 000048275 <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting throughthe expiration date of the permit, the permittee is <br />authorized to discharge from Outfalls_ 002, (40° 26.42' N, 1070 7.95' W) 003 (40° 26.63' N, 107° 8.32' W), and 004 (40° <br />24.0' N, 1070 6.78' W). WET testing requirements are included under Outfall WTA, for Outfalls 002 and 003 combined. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-6 1, the permitted discharge shall not contain <br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow <br />limitation. <br />a.
