The average flow rate for the <br />PECOCO discharge is 40 gpm (0.15 ac- ft/day). The permanent pool elevation for PECOCO <br />was set at 6775.65 feet as a model input value to account for the constant spoil spring inflow. <br />CURVE NUMBER n/a <br />Peabody Sage Creek Mine curve number (CN) values are based on CN values previously approved by <br />CDRMS for the Seneca II Mine, Permit C -80 -003.
