Dear Mr. Patterson:
The Division issued a proposed decision for Technical Revision Number 25 on June 8, 2012. A
public notice of the proposed decision was published in the Jackson County Star on June 14,
2012. This public notice initiated a ten -day public comment period within which parties having
objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding this proposed
decision. No comments were received by the Division during the public comment period. The
public comment period closed at 5:00 pm on June 25 tt ', 2012. As per rule 2.08.4(6)(iii), the
Division's proposed decision is considered final.
