Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety will be conducting a bond release inspection of <br />the New Horizon Coal Mine (in Nucla) on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. The purpose <br />of the inspection will be to evaluate reclamation at the site. The operator, Western Fuels - <br />Colorado, is requesting bond release from the Division for the reconstructed segments of 2700 <br />Road and BB Road. <br />Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br />Coal Mining requires that you, as a "landowner ", be notified prior to the inspection, so that you <br />may attend the inspection.
