Crystal Springs Ranch Inc. is applying to convert an existing 9.9 acre pit to a 52.9 acre <br />Construction Materials Regular 112 Operation Reclamation Permit from the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board ") to conduct the extraction of construction <br />materials in Phillips County at the Hansel Pit #1. This conversion application would <br />change the existing pit from a 110 to a 112 permit. The attached information is being <br />provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed operation.
