Suitable topsoil may be imported to the site if needed. <br />9. Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required abandonment procedures): <br />Drill holes will be plugged with rock fragments mixed with cement to a depth of at least 4 <br />feet. A location monument will be erected next to each plugged hole. Inspections will be <br />made to assure full compliance with applicaDle reclamation rules and regulations. <br />10. Describe how portals, adits, shafts, ponds, excavations, or other disturbances will be reclaimed (refer to Rule 3 and Rule 5 for <br />specific reclamation performance standards). You may wish to contact the Division for closure specifications. <br />The adit will be closed with a locked door secured to a masonry or reinforced concrete <br />bulkhead.
