See pages 4 and 5 of written N. O. I. application to be submitted <br />7/9/12 for detailed descriptions and maps of proposed disturbances. A new adit is proposed <br />to intersect the Sentiegu 9 vein. <br />12. Non - mineralized rock <br />will be stockpiled outside the adit. and ore shipped away from the property. Surface <br />area of d i b t utb dnce will be confined to 1 00' b y 30' in general. <br />F. Other Disturbances (please describe): <br />Some existing dump ore from the 5th level will be removed from the Santiago claim. Other <br />dumps will be sampled and removed if worthy for off -site mineral processing. Roads may <br />be improved to gain access to these existing dumps. <br />G. Indicate Chemicals and Fuels used or stored on site. List type, quantity and method to store. <br />Unleaded gas, 50 gallons, MSHA approved tanks. Diesel, 100 gallons, MSHA approved <br />tanks. Tanner gas, starting fluid, WD -40 lubricant, and 90 -Wt grease will be stored in a <br />fire -proof MSHA approved container. All flammable fluids will be stored at least 100 feet <br />from the proposed portal. <br />F.
