The <br />bond release application was found complete by this Division on July 16, 2012. The SL -06 <br />application entails Phase I bond release of 692.37 acres in the West and East Pits of Colowyo <br />Mine. The surface ownership is private, and the coal mined was Federal. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
