Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety received CAM - Colorado, LLC's (CAM's) <br />notification that the Fruita Loadout is in temporary cessation and will likely remain in that status for a <br />year or more. CAM has submitted the appropriate information required by Rule 4.30.1(2). As required <br />by Rule 4.30.1(3) CAM must also modify the loadout identification sign to include the Division office <br />contact information where the mining and reclamation permit is filed. Please ensure that the mine <br />identification sign is modified in a timely manner. <br />In accordance with Rule 5.02.2 the Division will conduct at least one complete inspection of the Fruita <br />Loadout site per calendar quarter.
