We previously also received Certificates of Liability Insurance on July 6, 2011 and July 6, 2010. We <br />have sent two letters indicating this mine was terminated on October 26, 2006 and stating that proof of insurance is no <br />longer required by our agency. Enclosed are the letters sent to the insured W.R.
