I don't understand why he has not provided this information so that we can at least get a view of <br />these two areas on the ground. His latest email today says that he is not going to provide us with any more <br />information until he receives the DRMS response. Particularly in view of his refusal we are definitely opposed <br />to switching the reference areas. <br />Also I had asked him when Energy is going to start work on the subsidence holes. He would not give me any <br />date. As I have stated before, I believe that these holes are a potential hazard to the public since we cannot <br />keep people away with fences and no trespassing signs. <br />Doug Corley <br />
