This report covers the time period from April 1, 2012 to June 30, <br />2012. The inspections were performed on May 25, 2012 by Field Inspector Jason Herden. On <br />the date of inspection all structures were functioning as designed. <br />The Impoundment Location Map details the location of each impoundment inspected <br />(Attachment A). Quarterly Pond Inspection Reports document water level, sediment level, <br />outflow, and required maintenance cited per inspection (Attachment B). As described on the <br />2012 Maintenance List, two items had been repaired prior to inspection, there is currently no <br />required maintenance at the Edna Mine (Attachment C). <br />Should you have any questions regarding this material, please contact me at your convenience. <br />
