June 29, 2012 C- 1981 - 022 /Elk Creek Mine MLT <br />storage. During this inspection, I observed that the material had dried sufficiently (Photo 4) <br />that it could be excavated and hauled to the refuse pile for disposal. <br />• Mr. Kiger stated that once Pond D had been drained for sediment removal, the tar seal around <br />the upright culvert that serves as the primary spillway was repaired. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3) / 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4) / 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6) / 4.03.2(5) and (6); Reclamation 4.03.1(7) / 4.03.2(7): <br />The Elk Creek and II West Haul Roads and the East Yard Road were in good condition. The <br />western slope of Colorado has experienced dry conditions throughout 2012, so the roads and <br />ditches are clear of mud. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 Page 3 of 6 <br />
