Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (Division) received Bowie Resources, LLC's (BRL) <br />application for TR -74 on June 22, 2012 and it was deemed complete on June 27, 2012. The Division <br />has the following adequacy review comments regarding the proposed plan. <br />Cost estimate <br />1. The thickness of the concrete floor for the air jig building was not included in the building <br />description. What is the proposed concrete floor thickness? <br />2. On Map 15 -1, the refuse conveyor is shown going from between the air jig plant and the <br />preparation plant buildings to a point on the existing refuse conveyor. Are transfer stations <br />proposed at these points on the conveyor belts? Are supports and footers proposed for the <br />conveyor belts? <br />3. The size of the air jig building is listed as 65 feet X 40 feet on page 2.05 -19 for a total of <br />2,600 ft The cost estimate included with the application package lists the building as 2,456 <br />ft Please clarify the building's square footage. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />�� <br />Brock F.
