Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has received the 180 -day report and Drillhole Abandonment report for the Notice of Intent <br />CX- 2005 - 226 -00. The reports are in compliance and satisfy rules 2.02.6(3)(a) and 4.07.3(3) <br />respectfully. It is noted that of the 9 holes were drilled. Holes BC -01, BC -03, BC -04, BC -05, BC -06, <br />NF -04, NF -0513, and NF -06 were drilled, sealed and reclaimed. Hole BC -02 was converted to a <br />monitoring well and permitted by the Divison of Water Resources as MH- 50261. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
