Box 187 <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br />RE: Trapper Mining, Inc., Permit C- 1981 -010 <br />Clarification on sediment level in Coyote Pond <br />Dear Ms. Perkins: <br />In my review of your Second Quarter 201 1 Sediment Pond [nspections, 1 noted one inconsistency regarding sediment <br />accumulation in Coyote Pond. Your letter of August 5, 2011 adequately clarified this issue, and no further action is <br />needed on this matter. <br />1 would suggest that your inspectors state "there has been no recent sediment accumulation" (or similar wording) rather <br />than state that there is minimal sediment in Coyote Pond.
